This 28-unit scheme nestled in a village on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds has a spread of 3 and 4bedroom houses, varying from detached dwellings to bungalows and hosts a mixed tenure of Shared Ownership and Private sale units.
Scene were appointed on the project from the start and had a successful planning application for an adjacent site. We knew the area very well and were mindful with its design taking into account the local area and ensured it situated nicely within its surroundings
Due to the local demand on the infrastructure, a new substation had to be built within the boundaries of the site. This caused issues with where it would be located and how it would interfere with the garden boundaries of the units. Eventually a location was finalised with all consultants that did not impact upon the units.
